🥇 The final gold medal of the World Transplant Games 2025 in Dresden has been awarded! 🥇 It went to 74-year-old Australian Sydney Edwards, who suffered a fractured pelvis on his way to the Parade of Nations. He spent two weeks in the hospital and was excellently cared for by the medical staff at Städtisches Klinikum Dresden before setting off tomorrow on his long journey back to Australia.
