THE DEADLIFT BEEP TEST Your bodyweight plus half… On the bar. On every beep. No excuses. No hiding. This is the pull-up beep test used on the CPC, but we’re taking it to the floor and putting it into the deadlift. If you are a Royal Marines candidate load the bar with 1.5 X your bodyweight.
