BRIDGEPORT — With apartments being built and leased downtown and in other neighborhoods, Connecticut’s largest city has over the past few years eagerly rolled out the welcome mat for new residents.

BRIDGEPORT — A Superior Court judge Wednesday ruled the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission must approve a self-storage facility to replace the shuttered supermarket building on Madison Avenue.
